My second experience with PRP facial treatment with chemical peel 😘

 Hey peeps,

I'm back again to update on my second PRP treatment. I went for this treatment on 22 August 2020. This time around, I came to the clinic also with another problem. Yes, pimple marks 😖. What can I say, my pimple prone skin and my itchy fingers will always cause this problem.

So after getting a consultation with the aesthetic doctor, I have been advised to go for a 'Junior Chemical Peel' on top of my Premium PRP treatment.

As usual, the beauty consultant starts with a double cleanse, steaming and some extraction.

Then she begins to put the chemical layer by layer to my face. At this point, she gave me a small fan to hold and ask me to direct it to my face so it will reduce the burning sensation that comes with the chemical peel process.

I can feel the burning sensation and it stings all over my face as the chemicals began to work so I have to hold the fan closer to my face to ease up a little.

There are 3 layers in total if I'm not mistaken and for each layer, I have to wait for 10 minutes or until its crystalised as I was told.

*Sorry I unable to take any pictures at this point because my eyes all close and I'm holding that small fan hehe

After finish all 3 layers, she took a wet cloth and dap it onto my face to wipe the access chemicals off. Then she put a numb cream all over my face to get me ready for my PRP treatment. If you wanted to know how the PRP treatment process like you may read my other post here: 1st Time PRP Treatment

My treatment end with a vampire mask

This is how swollen I look like right after the PRP treatment

After 1 day

One thing though, I don't have any peeling except a small area at my chin and very tiny kinda skin peel like bread crumbs lol around my forehead. My skin does look dry, dark and dull as I was told or advice by the doctor. It just a phase where the chemical is working to dry up the skin before it peeling. It just that for my case, it doesn't peel lol 😅

So ermmm because of that, I decided to go for second chemical peel treatment because I need to get those dry and dull skin to peel off now. I have contacted the clinic and they advised to go for 'Senior Chemical Peel' this time.

From Junior to Senior ahahha. Oh boy, I guess I have a stubborn thick skin. No worries, I will update you guys soon on that. Be prepared to see my ugly peeling skin darls 😁😂😆

Signing off for now
