My personal experience with skin supplement - Oxithion Day 30 (Part 1)
On the journey of taking control back of my appearance, I have also starting to take a skin supplement. The one that I was recommended to is a skin supplement called Oxithion and I have started taking Oxithion since July 11th. My skin tone is slight tan generally, and I also have uneven skin tone on my face.
I never thought to take a picture before I started this supplement because honestly I never thought of started any blog at that time 😅.
So I'm looking for a picture of mine that I didn't use any filter on whether to smoothen my skin or make my skin brighter, and this is the one that I can find. Please ignore the tired eyes and those pimple scars 🤣🤣.
So what is Oxithion?
Oxithion is a skin supplement that contains reduced L-Glutathione (100mg), the most powerful anti-oxidant to protect our body from free radical, oxidative stress, inflammation and toxins. The possible benefits include:
- Brightening, radiant and luminous complexion
- Reduction of an age-related dark spot on the skin
- Lightening of skin tone
- Provide anti-oxidant protection against skin ageing
You need to place the tablet under your tongue and allow it to dissolve slowly. The recommended dosage is 1 - 2 tablet a day. Being me, I am not so consistent in this, sometimes I took 1 tablet a day and at other times I took 2 tablets a day 😅.
I will update this post every month, for the 3 consecutive months of taking this supplement. I will take consistent pictures of my hand, using natural light at the same spot so you can see if there is any different 😄.
Day 30 (August 11th):
I guess that it for now, stay tuned for the update on September 11th 😉
Signing off for now
